This course is designed for oral and maxillofacial surgeons, general dentists, and dental specialists who are seeking to expand their understanding of facial injectables. Dr. Agnihotri draws from his clinical experience to demonstrate how injectable treatments can address aesthetic concerns such as facial lines, volume loss, and asymmetry, as well as functional issues including muscle hyperactivity and parafunctional habits.
Through clear case examples and discussion of best practices, attendees will gain insight into patient selection, procedural techniques, and complication prevention. By the end of this session, you’ll leave with confidence in integrating neuromodulators and dermal fillers into comprehensive treatment planning for today’s patients.

Neil Agnihotri, D.M.D., M.D., F.A.C.S., has two passions – his life-long love of learning and his family.
Dr. Agnihotri first completed his bachelor's degree in engineering at NJIT. From there he attended New Jersey Dental School, where his interest in cosmetic, oral and maxillofacial surgery began. He then matched into the UMDNJ 6-year integrated surgical residency, through which he obtained his doctorate of medicine and internship in general surgery.
During his residency, he was given the unique opportunity of participating in medical missions, including trips to Ghana and Bangladesh with SmileTrain. The trips involved treating both children and adults with cleft lips and palates. These trips gave him special appreciation for patients with aesthetic, functional and social issues. He has continued his dedication to medical care around the world with ongoing mission trips, most recently to Angouman, Haiti.
After completing his residency, he went on to complete a clinical fellowship in craniomaxillofacial surgery at the Posnick Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in Chevy Chase, Maryland with clinical privileges at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Agnihotri was able to treat many patients with congenital deformities resulting from syndromes or congenital malformations to restore facial balance and enhance aesthetics. He continues to have an academic presence, with an academic appointment at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Agnihotri is a board-certified Cosmetic Facial Surgeon, and is a fellow of the prestigious surgical society, the American College of Surgeons.
